Publications/Affiliations and Open Science

    • Scientific publications

    Look up the Publication Charter of the reConnect Institute

    Signature model

    The signature of scientific publications is homogenized to identify the institutions involved in the work.

    Here is the normalized signature you must use when publishing a publication linked to the reConnect Institute (please respect the order, and if possible, write it in monoline with no English translation):

    "Université Paris Cité, Institut Pasteur, AP-HP, INSERM, Fondation Pour l'Audition, + other organizations, ..., IHU reConnect, ZIP code, city, country."

    Examples of signatures

    • Example of a publication whose the author is based at the Lariboisière-Fernand Widal hospital (please inform the red parts):

    "Université Paris Cité, Institut Pasteur, AP-HP, Hôpital Lariboisière-Fernand Widal, Service XXX, Unité YYY, INSERM, Fondation Pour l'Audition, IHU reConnect, F-75013 Paris, France."

    • Example of a publication whose the author is based at the Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital (please inform the red parts):

    "Université Paris Cité, Institut Pasteur, AP-HP, Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière, Service XXX, Unité YYY, INSERM, Fondation Pour l'Audition, IHU reConnect, F-75013 Paris, France."

    • Example of a publication whose the author is based a the Hearing Institute (please add the CNRS, which is a supervisory body of the UMR):

    "Université Paris Cité, Institut Pasteur, AP-HP, INSERM, CNRS, Fondation Pour l'Audition, Institut de l'Audition, IHU reConnect, F-75012 Paris, France"

    *Each author must refer to the Publication Chart of his organization in order to use the exact designation of his service or research unit.

    Nota bene : the respect of these instructions enables all the publications of contributors and the reConnect Institute to be indexed by funding agencies, institutions, and evaluation bodies.

    • Affiliation in public communications

    The following affiliations must be used in the public communications by the Founding Members and the partners of the reConnect Institute, foundation under the aegis of the Institut Pasteur

    • Surname, Name, **job** of the reConnect Institute at **concerned reConnect Institute site** (location = at the Hearing Institute (Paris 12) or at the XX hospital or other).

    • Nicolas Michalski, researcher in neurosciences of the reConnect Institute at the Hearing Institute, center of the Institut Pasteur

    • Alain Londero, ENT doctor of the reConnect Institute at the Lariboisière-Fernand Widal hospital, AP-HP

  • All the publications produced as part of the context of the reConnect Institute must be identifiable and countable to it. They have to include the following affiliations/normalized signatures and acknowledgements:

    1. "Ce travail a bénéficié d'une aide de l’État gérée par l'Agence Nationale de la Recherche au titre de France 2030 portant la référence ANR-23-IAHU-0003" / "This work has benefited from a french government grant managed by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche under the France 2030 program, reference ANR-23-IAHU-0003"

    2. "This work was supported by Fondation Pour l'Audition"

    Logo HAL

    HAL is an open archive platform providing access to open science.

    Logo France 2030

    The France 2030 indexing is very important. All publications and communications resulting from the work of the reConnect Institute must be dropped off in HAL no later than their publication date.

    • The IHU reConnect reference "ANR-23-IAHU-0003" must be indicated in the funding section, under the "ANR Project(s)" field.

    Modèle de signature

    La signature des publications scientifiques est homogénéisée pour permettre d'identifier les différentes institutions impliquées dans les travaux.

    Voici la signature normalisée à utiliser dans le cadre de publications en lien avec l'Institut reConnect (ordre à respecter, dans la mesure du possible en monoligne, sans traduction anglaise) :

    "Université Paris Cité, Institut Pasteur, AP-HP, INSERM, Fondation Pour l'Audition, + autres organismes de recherche ou institutions signataires, ..., IHU reConnect, code postal, ville, pays."

    • Exemple d'une publication dont l'auteur est à l'hôpital Lariboisière-Fernand Widal (renseigner les parties* en rouge) :

    "Université Paris Cité, Institut Pasteur, AP-HP, Hôpital Lariboisière-Fernand Widal, Service XXX, Unité YYY, INSERM, Fondation Pour l'Audition, IHU reConnect, F-75013 Paris, France."

    • Exemple d'une publication dont l'auteur est à l'hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière (renseigner les parties* en rouge) :

    "Université Paris Cité, Institut Pasteur, AP-HP, Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière, Service XXX, Unité YYY, INSERM, Fondation Pour l'Audition, IHU reConnect, F-75013 Paris, France."

    • Exemple d'une publication dont l'auteur est à l'Institut de l'Audition (ajout du CNRS qui est tutelle de l'UMR) :

    "Université Paris Cité, Institut Pasteur, AP-HP, INSERM, CNRS, Fondation Pour l'Audition, Institut de l'Audition, IHU reConnect, F-75012 Paris, France"

    *Chaque auteur se référera aux chartes de signatures de publications de son organisme employeur afin d'utiliser la dénomination exacte de son service ou unité de recherche.

    Nota bene : le respect de ces instructions permettent le recensement de l'ensemble des publications des contributeurs et l'Institut reConnect par les agences de financement, les institutions ainsi que par les instances évaluatrices.

    • Remerciements

    Toutes les publications réalisées dans le cadre de l'Institut reConnect doivent pouvoir être recensées pour son compte. Elles doivent comporter les affiliations/signatures normalisées et les remerciements suivants :

    1.     Toutes les publications réalisées dans le cadre de l'Institut reConnect doivent pouvoir être recensées pour son compte. Elles doivent comporter les affiliations/signatures normalisées et les remerciements suivants :

    • Prénom, Nom, fonction** de l'Institut reConnect à **site Institut reConnect concerné** (lieu = à l'Institut de l'Audition (Paris 12) ou à l'hôpital XX ou autre).

    • Exemples :

    • Nicolas Michalski, chercheur en neurosciences de l'Institut reConnect à l'Institut de l'Audition, centre de l'Institut Pasteur

    • Alain Londero, médecin ORL de l'Institut reConnect à l'Hôpital Lariboisière - Fernand Widal, AP-HP
